Our services are limited to consultation and administrative assistance. For matters requiring these services, we will refer you to appropriate professionals.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. If you do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full service fee.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and case details, subject to legal requirements to disclose information to relevant authorities when processing your claims.
